Shipping & Returns

All our products are shipped via Canada Post. You can select the shipping method at checkout. Depending on how fast you need delivery, charges are applied accordingly. All changes are Canada Post standard changes.

It takes about 3-5 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

We gladly accepts returns. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

1. Buyer must return the items within 2 weeks of delivery.
2. Any item with a value of $50 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
3. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and custom costs/charges.
4. Buyer is eligible to receive the refund of item cost deducting shipping charges, if the item has already been shipped.
5. Refunds will be issued after the item is received back in our office.
6. If the item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
7. All product packaging (boxes, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
8. Any items returned without original documentation/packaging will be rejected.
9. The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging.
10. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
11. We can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.
